QEF, based in South Africa, is registered as a project of the US-based New Horizon’s Foundation.
This means that Donors and potential donors in the United States can now receive a US tax deduction for their charitable gifts to QEF.
New Horizons serves as QEF’s Fiscal Sponsor. US ex-patriot donors therefore receive a US tax deduction from the IRS when they gift QEF.
